A Sacred Ritual: Grateful Heart Brew & Meditation
We will begin with a Grateful Heart tea ritual—savoring Rose’s soothing gifts in a fragrant infusion that nourishes body and spirit. With each sip, let gratitude bloom like Rose herself, unfolding softly within your heart. Together, we will settle into a guided meditation, inviting Rose’s velvety presence to embrace us and inspire quiet reflection.
Messages from the Spirit of Rose
In this peaceful space, we will listen for the whispers of Rose. What wisdom does she wish to share? What does she teach us about love, healing, and beauty? Whether through words, sensations, or imagery, let us trust the messages that emerge as we open our hearts to her gentle guidance.
