Following the Tree Gratitude Ceremony, we invite you to gather with us to deepen the connection with the trees—our wise and generous kin. Trees stand as living bridges between Earth and sky, with roots delving into the soil and branches reaching toward the sun. They embody patience, resilience, and interconnection, reminding us of the beauty and strength that arises from deep, rooted relationships.
Together, let us reflect on the gifts the trees offer—air to breathe, shelter to rest, and the quiet, steadfast energy that teaches us to stand tall and rooted, no matter the winds that may blow.
Guided Reflection & Sharing
We will begin with a brief meditation, imagining ourselves as trees—our roots reaching into the nourishing soil, our hearts aligned with the rhythms of Nature. From this grounded space, we will open the circle for sharing:
How did the Tree Gratitude Ceremony touch you?
What lessons have you received from the trees in your life?
What role do trees play in nurturing the relationship between humanity and the living Earth?
Tree Offering: Rooting in Care
To close, we will share a simple practice of tree care—a small action we can each take to nurture the trees around us as an offering of gratitude and reciprocity. Whether it’s planting a seedling, tending a tree in your neighborhood, or sitting in quiet companionship with a favorite tree, let us carry the spirit of this gathering into the world.
